Cedar Rapids Support Group

Sorry gang for the back-to-back messages, but just remembered. And I hope this isn't a redundant post. My apologies if someone has already given this information. Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids is starting up a support group for Bariatric patients. I'm not sure if it's for those who have had, are going to have, or both. But I did call them and after talking to several departments who knew nothing of it, finally found that their dietician's did know about it. The last word I got was that the first meeting should be held sometime in July 2003. So if you're looking for a group, and are nearby, give em a call. I'd love to see you all there.

Robert- Please keep me posted on this. I know there is a group that meets at the Marion Library one Wednesday a month but since I work nights that doesn't work for me. I would be curious to know when this other meeting is and if there is a charge to belong. Thanks in advance! Michelle from C.R.
