Coster appt

Well, my appt went pretty well. I was down 7 pounds from when i saw him in March. He says he's proud of me, but wants to see me back in 3 months just to check me out. They did some tests and of course my levels are low, not enough vitamens, so i have to keep an eye on that, but all in all, it went well. As long as he is proud of me, then I should be too. Amber
