To all my friends on the board (more)

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of you... I enjoy posting on this board and reading the posts. The support here is so nice, I bet I check this board 5-10 times a day. I just wanted you all to know that I appreciate you and hope everything goes well for all of you. It would be great if we could set up some sort of group meeting sometime this year, also if we could set up "buddies" for when the pre-ops have their surgeries, so we can post updates about each other. If you want to thank anyone or everyone here, please post it here... I just think we have such a great state board and all the other states should be jealous of us IOWANS! xoxoxo ~Julie

I like your ideas Julie and especially of the Iowa board being #1!! I'm all for having a group meeting. I belonged to another group on Cyberdiet for a while and they wanted to meet in Chicago and combine sightseeing. I had other plans for my personal vacation. Personally I would rather just meet in some neutral place to talk and relax. Just my opinion but add it to the bunch! Michelle

Your Welcome, Julie.. but i personally since i joined this board have seen you give sooo much, that I believe we should be thanking YOU. I am ALL for a group meeting..and will be there will bells on! The best thing we can do is try to arrange for, like you said, a neutral location to have this at. I'd like for everyone to see me fat.. so they will know the difference later . But i guess my picture shows that... Let me know what I can do to help arrange things. I am a web designer and I have often thought of starting my own web site about our experiences. Iowa WLS or some such thing.. let me know what you think of the idea. ~~~DAwn
