RECIPE - crabmeat spread mmmmm....

1 pound flaked imitation crab meat ( grind up if you are recently post-op and need it finer) ----16 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened in mircro or set out of fridge for a short while to soften) ----16 oz. Lite Sour Cream or Fat Free Sour Cream ----1 bunch of green onions minced ----1 pkg. equal or splenda ----variations*******Diced celery can be added also...shredded lowfat cheese for more protiene...or anything else you'd like very versital and very yummy.
