Hi everyone! I just found this link and am posting for the first time. I am from Cedar Rapids and will have my first consult with Dr Nielsen for VGB on May 22. (BMI 54) I have been so inspired by all the posts on the other message board and am excited to be able to correspond with people who live in the same state. I am on my way to have my "BEFORE" pics taken at Walmart. Hope I am able to find my way here again and meet all of you! Michelle

Hi Michelle, My name is Tina, I am in the Evansdale/Waterloo area. Having before and after pictures is great. I just can't stand the idea of seeing myself as I am in a picture. Can't get past that yuck thing! Good luck and smile pretty......Tina
