Spring cleaning/ new exercise routines

Since this is the time that so many of us do our spring cleaning, I think it would be a great time to also sweep out the old, bad habits that some of us had this past winter and start new exercise regimens. I personally vow to walk at least a mile every day and to take the time to push my children on the swings any day that the sun is out. Please list your springtime exercise resolutions here. well Julie, it just so happens I have done that Physical spring clean up too...I have startd training...My goal is to be able to run/jog the 2004 Chicago marathon.
