Spring cleaning/ new exercise routines
Since this is the time that so many of us do our spring cleaning, I think it would be a great time to also sweep out the old, bad habits that some of us had this past winter and start new exercise regimens. I personally vow to walk at least a mile every day and to take the time to push my children on the swings any day that the sun is out. Please list your springtime exercise resolutions here.
