Very quiet here on Iowa board

Was seeing if anyone was here.

I think there are lots of us lurking but not posting much.  How is everyone doing?

Wanted to see if there were any active Iowians on board sharing their experience. I basically hang out on the VSG forum.

I probably scare everybody away from here. sorry.

Same here. Was seeing if there was any activity for any locally.

I am guilty of being a lurker; however, I do spend most of my time on the VSG forum!  It seems as we had the procedure done at the same time and we have similar results! 

Yea...same here as far as lurking.

Results wise...its frusturating!! After my stall broke it seems that I've been thrown into slow motion. My mind set is just go with the flow. After weighing for the week it pissed me off but what else can I do...LOL...right? I checked my protiens which I increased including water...thought that would take care of it. Figured I would settle till my appointment next month. If it gets too bad I will call the NUT.

I haven't spent much time on this site but now that I know there is a group of Iowa peeps, I plan to hang out here more often!
