New to CR-looking for a WLS-friendly primary care doctor

My first post :)
DH and I just moved to Cedar Rapids from California. (DH started a new job). I am in the process of looking for a family doctor. I have Wellmark BC/BS
It took me a while, but I am seriously considering getting WLS. (Ok, I am past considering) :D
My GYN and a primary care doctor in California broached the subject with me. I resisted, like the dickens, but with the PCOS and the weight not coming off any other way, I don't see any other way to turn

I have to get established with a primary care doctor and all that. Any recomendations? We live in NE Cedar Rapids bordering Hiawatha

I also live in the area. I just had my surgery 4wks ago.
My Dr. Sharon Betrouch has sent her patients to Dr Glas**** in Cedra Falls Iowa.
She is at Mercy Marion Office.

My PCP is Dr Laura Bentley at the Mercy Family Med Clinic in Marion. She is awesome and really helpful for anything you need concerning surgery. She even wrote and appeal for me the went to my insurance company!!
