Fake it till they make it.

Plastic surgeons have to deal with all this complicated stuff.  Sometimes it doesn't work out very well because it is very complicated area.  Lots of stuff going on. Those considering LBLs or thigh work should know this ....many plastic surgeons are faking it 'till they make it , -Boy do I ever know this in spades.  Spin talk for this is "constantly evolving field ".  Most plastic surgeons doing these types of surgeries should pay the person they are trying to correct , at least until the field actually has "EVOLVED"   CT Anatomy of the Pelvis
