I am thankful for my approval!

 I got my approval for the surgery to be done on 12/08/09. I have started the pre-op diet. The Holidays will be food free this year but I believe the sacrifice will all be worth it! Does anyone know if the milk protein isolate is a no no? I bought one before I realized it has some milk in it. Do I have to wait until after sx to drink that stuff?
