is there a group in the mw area os iowa?

i am in sioux city and i am looking for a group in my area.

Hi!  I joined this site yesterday.  I'm from Hinton.  I havn't noticed any groups yet.  That's kinda what I'm here for too.  Let me know if you find anything please?

I just responded to the post about groups in Sioux City if you want to check the board.  There is a group that meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Mercy.

Hi there.  I'm sorry to be so slow in responding, but I don't check the boards that often anymore.
 
There is a really good wls group here in Sioux City that meets the first and third Tuesday of each month.  It meets at 6:00 p.m. in the Leiter room (down the hall from the gift shop) at Mercy Hospital.  It is run by the Mercy Weight Loss Center out of Midlands Clinic in Dakota Dunes.  The next session will be about planning for vacations. 

It is open to the public but most are people who have had or are planning to have the surgery here.  We do have a few who have had the surgery elsewhere.

Oh, by the way, I am 3 1/2 years out, RNY, and have lost 240 lbs.  And I go to the group regularly.
