3 months...seriously?!?!  Yep! Seriously!! LOL  I cant believe how fast its went!!  Things are going well for me if I must say so myself! I havent dumped once, still undecided as to wether thats a good thing or bad, however Im staying away from all things bad that I shouldnt try or eat.  I had 1 case of what i believe to be eating too fast, my stomach was upset for about 20 minutes and I went and layed down.  It went away and I felt better and went on with my life. :)  As of today I am down 77lbs since October and 52lbs since surgery!! (technically im 3 months post-op on tuesday!) I have so much more energy, and I am able to do much more than before.  I can bend over and tie my shoes with no problem, I dont run out of breath!!!  I can clean and clean and clean and not get tired, I can walk and walk and walk and not get tired.  I even jumped on the trampoline and had a blast!! :)

I made a decision that I missed doing hair and wanted to do it again (ive always kept my license up) and that I wanted to have my own salon, and that was on Wednesday.  Thursday I found an ad in the paper for a salon for rent in Riverside...called about it and went to look at it today.  I am now going to be the owner of my own salon!!!! Im so thrilled!! So many things going for me right now, I couldnt be more excited about it all!!

I will update you all on the salon as it comes together, Im hoping to be open by June 1st.  :):):)  Well, thats all for now, Stay safe from the storms!!

Yeah Jenn for all the exciting, positive things going on in your life.  I can relate to your physical health.............it is amazing how well you feel after you get a few pounds off your body, isn't it?  Congrats on the 77 pounds!  I always count my weight loss from the time I began this process, because I know we had to start changing our way of eating from the first consulation appointment so I think that's our starting point.

Congratulations on your new business venture too.  I know you've been looking to get back in the salon business so this is just one more positive move in your life.  Now that you have lost so much weight, you'll be able to stand and do hair all day long again.  I'm really, really happy for you!!

Keep posting on how things are going with the salon and your weight loss journey.  I am really proud of how well you are doing.

Carol
