I was just wondering if anyone who has had the surgery got a medical bracelet or necklace indicating that they had gastric bypass surgery. Somewhere I read that you should wear something stating that, but I am not sure where I read it. I just wondered if anyone knows if it's a recommendation for those of us who have had the surgery, or if it's just a marketing tactic.

Anyone know???

Ive heard this too and have been wondering about it myself! I think I read something about it on the main forum, but I havent been told anything about it from UIHC. Maybe you could check into it for us at your appointment next week? :)
