Protein drinks

I have been looking around the internet and at GNC etc for protein drinks.  I know that Walmart has the WHEY which I plan on buying but kind of wanted to try some others so I don't get bored with the same old thing. What I really want to do is find somewhere that sells single servings so I can try different flavors/brands rather than buy a big case or jar only to find I can't stand it.

Any help would be appriciated.
thanks

I saw the website of JesupGym.com and since we are only about 20 miles from Jesup, I went to see what they had,, I know Dr.Glas****  in Cedar Falls mentioned this 100% Gold Standard Whey,as one they recommended, I purchased 2 --1# packages to try,, one was French Vanilla Creme and one was Extreme Milk Chocolate,, and they are delicious,, The 1# bags were $10.99 a piece, and you get 14 servings in each one,, I looked on the web site and it said that a 5# can was something around $25.00, which will be a big savings when I go back, They are both delicious,, the best I've tried,, Using milk, plus non fat dry milk I make a shake for 40 grams of protein,, I sometimes add ice to make a thick shake,,
Before surgery I sent for some products from UNJURY and they have a chicken soup flavored one plus others,, I liked them until I tried the Gold Standard,,
I dont know what shipping is but it might be worth it to try,, and you might contact them to see if they would send you samples,,
Good Luck, Bonnie

Cheryl,
I bought Gold Standard 100% Whey from JesupGym.com.. It is delicious, both the chocolate and the vanilla,, I started with a 1# bag for $10.99 and the 5# bag is around $25, which I will get next time,, it has 24 grams of protein per serving,,

If you go to vitalady.com, she has 1 serving samples of quite a few proteins for $1.99 each. I've tried a lot of them....my favorites so far are the Lean Desserts Cinnamon Bun, and the Nectar Fuzzy Navel. (I like to mix the Nectars with Crystal LIght to mask any protein-taste.) Another website, bariatriceating.com has a sample pack of different proteins too, and comes with a shaker cup and book. Oh, and I also found out that vitacost.com sells the cannisters of Lean Desserts for around $15 when they're a lot more everywhere else, AND they also only charge $4.95 for shipping no matter how big your order is. The Lean Desserts line comes in smaller cannisters, which is nice because you can try more flavors that way without getting tired of them! They also have a Banana Nut Bread flavor that's pretty good.

I'll check vitalady out.  Do you drink  the cinnamon bun warm or cold?  I have heard that it was good.  Thanks for reminding me of jesups Gym Bonnie, I had forgotten about them, may stop there on my way to my Psych consult.
thanks

I've only tried the Cinnamon Bun cold. I tried one of the other Lean Desserts proteins warm, but they are a thicker shake mix, and heating it up just seemed too thick for a hot drink. On bariatriceating.com, they have a recipe for a pumpkin pie shake that I've made with the Cinnamon Bun, and it is amazing! It has canned pumpkin and pie spices and a few other things I can't remember right now. The original recipe calls for vanilla protein powder, but it was REALLY yummy with the cinnamon. Also, if you like coconut, Lean Desserts also has a chocolate coconut flavor that is really good. It tastes like a Mounds bar!

If you like thinner shakes Isopure mixes thin and is good hot or cold so you can use it in coffee or in a shake.  I think GNC.com sells a sample pack of flavors.  I also know they come in premixed bottles if you get the ready to drink shakes.
