Post Op Update

Hi Everyone!

Had my first post-op today and it went very, very well.  I feel terrific today and have since I got up this morning.  I can hardly believe that I had surgery five days ago because I sure don't feel like I did.

I have now officially lost 32 pounds since October 17 when this process started and that just amazes me.  Down one size in clothing and if I lose another ten pounds I'll be out of the size I'm in now.  Okay with me though.  

The drinking is much easier with each passing day and my energy level today was unbelievable.  As I've heard, it gets better and easier each day to do all the things you need to do to be successful on this journey!  I believe it without a doubt!

For those of you who are waiting to get to this point, keep pushing forward because this is so worth the effort you will put into it.

I thank you all for being here and encouraging me onward.  We all need each other and if I can give anyone a little bit of encouragement, I hope you'll let me.

Glad things are going good for you Carol!!

Glad to hear you are feeling so well! Isn't it amazing? Some people have the blues after surgery I did not and hopefully you will not but if you do remember that we are all here for you in the good times and the bad.
Keep up the great job of getting and staying healthy!

Thanks, sunny and mommareece!  I cannot tell you how amazing it is that I improve so much each day!  If you'd told me it would get this good so fast, I would not have believed you!  I am so glad I am where I am on this journey and am enjoying each day.
