Thanks and Prayers!

Okay, in a few hours I will be in the hospital post op and I want to say thanks to those of you who emailed me your kind thoughts and many prayers.  Please keep them up, because it has helped me so much to stay calm and focused on the journey I am on.

I know that we are all at different places in our journey but we are all heading toward the same destination............a life free of weight related health problems.  Because of this forum and all of you, I feel supported and loved like no other.  I appreciate your posts and suggestions and questions and cheers not just for me but for all of us.

I think you are all wonderful and I thank you so much for being here.  I'll talk to you when I am home and sitting on the loser's bench!

Wow, time flies, doesn't it? I'm so excited for you! I will pray for you...you'll be in good hands! I hope your recovery is quick and easy, and that you'll sail right through your time in the hospital.

Congratulations on your journey!! It will be so worth it.  You are in GREAT hands!! Im glad that your are staying calm and focused, you will do great!! Keep us posted on how it goes.  Sending prayers your way and for your dr's too!!

How exciting!  Best of luck to you tomorrow!  I hummed the hymn "Be not afraid, I go before you always..." on my way into the OR...prayer, and knowing God is right there with you, sure helps with the anxiety.  You will be in my prayers tonight and my thoughts tomorrow.  Can't wait to hear from you once your home again and up to posting!  Deb
