Two Days To Pre-Op!

Well, I am two days away from pre-op and getting excited.  I have my appointment on the 30th at 10:30 and hope that it goes well.  I meet with the clinic staff and the anesthesiologist and not sure what else.  I'm guessing I'll have to have the ultrasound on the abdomen and whatever else.  I hope all goes well and I get the green light for my surgery.

Thanks for listening and being there for me.   I'm getting mega excited for my surgery after listening to all of you who have had yours already.

Hi Carol,

I hope your pre-op goes great!  I sure can't wait until I'm posting about my surgery date and pre-op appt. 

Keep us updated and keep your fingers crossed on my insurance company.  I called them today and they said they hadn't recieved my info yet, I called the office and they said it usually takes a week for the info to "show up". It was sent a week ago.   I'm supposed to call on Friday to make sure they recieved my info.  The insurance company said it could take 4-6 weeks once they get the info.  I'm just going to have to be patient, but they will get a frequent phone call with me asking if a decision has been made. I figure they get a lot of $ every month from me, so they can put up with me asking questions.

Anyway, good luck!  I'm excited for you!

Thanks, Kristi.  I am sure things will go fine and I'll be posting about that.

I hope your insurance company reviews your information and approves your request soon.  Very soon!!!  I know how maddening it is to wait to hear from them.    I don't think it took 4-6 weeks for mine so maybe yours will go quickly too.  That is my hope for you.

Thanks for your excitement for me.  I'm excited for all of us on this journey together.  We aren't all at the same place, but we're on the journey together.
