Computer Challenged

I have tried endlessly to get my picture to my avatar and it is not working.  Anyone have a suggestion for me that I haven't already tried??  So far, I have used the web address the Kristi posted and I thought I had it but nope!  I truly am not a big question mark and cannot make it go away.  Anyone want to offer other suggestions????

Hi Carol...im not much help. But I had problems getting my pic up too and i just kept trying different pictures until one worked?! Dont know if that will hel*****t! Good luck...I hope you get it to work!!

Hey Carol,

Choose the pic that you want to use.  Is it a JPEG file?   Go to the site:
http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

On the left side of that page, click on create avatar, then click on the browse button,  then select the picture that you want,  then click on the resize button,  then you will have 3 choices to choose from, then click download this pic now. then click open, then you will see the pic for the avatar.  I'm actually going through the process, so I can tell you how... have to send this and write down the next few steps and then I will post more.

Then click on My OH
click on change avatar
click on browse
click on your picture
click open
click upload

Simple as pie! hahaha 
Too bad OH didn't make it easier for people to do this.

As you can see, I'm no longer a question mark!  The picture is not the best one of me, but who in the heck has a good fat picture???

Hey Carol,

You look great!  Glad it worked!  It was hard for me to find pics, because I always take them, not wanting to be in pictures!  Maybe that will change?
