Liquid Vitamins

Just wondering if anyone has used liquid vitamins and if so, what do you see as pros and cons to them?

I haven't tried them - but I am always looking for calcium options.  I get tired of the large chalky vitamins.

Yes, I bought Centrum multi-vitamins in liquid form. The pro's you just take a Tbs. vs. several pills, the con's-it is horrible tasting! I went back to taking several pills.
