I 'M HAVING THE LAPBAND AUG.5TH!!!!

My 1 week was actually with the nutritionist - she talked about reading lables, good food choices, vitamins, protien, etc. She weighed us - we asked her to. I don't see the doctor until 6weeks post op for a fill.

Margo...you did it!  I haven't talked with you for awhile.  Things will get better...believe me.  Then the real work starts.  Which I need to remember every day when I take a bite of food.  Hopefully, you will find good restriction when you get to your first fill.  Let me know how it goes...take care!

Hi Nelly,  good to hear from you.  I had my 1st appt. since surgery today and am doin great. Dr. took tape off and said he'd see me in 6 wks for 1st fill.  Next week I go to the nutrietionist.  I'm really getting sick of the food I'm on and would really love and egg or something different!!  Keep intouch!
