First Support Group Meeting

I attended my first WLS support group meeting last night in Iowa City.   There were people there in all stages of WLS -- from folks like me who haven't even had their first Dr.'s appointment to a lady who was 20 months out.  It was very informative and inspiring to hear the "veterans" tell us about the benefits of surgery from their perspective.  I will definitely go back.  Each step make it feel more like this is actually going to happen.  Have a great day, all.
