help please
im realy stuck in a rut had to have hernya surgery virtical and have not work out because of it DR said i could not now i can see me go well i dont need it and its driveing me crazzy i just cant ge tthe gumption to go to gym and i know if i dont ill grow and that scares me how can i get the gumtion to get off my butt
i would love a work out partner nere me but there is none that i know pray for me to pull my head out of my butt

Each day I remind myself I don't have to like it - but I do have to exercise. Walking for 5, 10 or 20 minutes at a pace that is comfortable for you.. is better than nothing. So start small, and give yourself credit for every effort you make.
I lived in Boone many years ago - and it has so many interesting neighborhoods. Just take a few minutes to get out and breathe the fresh air, to look at the blooms on the trees - they are so pretty this year, and to look for the spring flowers that are just peeking out of the ground. Walk down a block (pick one) - and look at the details of the homes - and think about the person who designed the home and how much they were hoping you would look at it. You don't have to be in a gym to exercise.
Start small - stick to it - and when you can - add a little more to your movements.
