Start pre-op diet tomorrow
The countdown starts!
I don't even want to talk about the crap I have been eating for the last 4 days-
still eating as I type - last hurrah
I didn't really have many food funerals the last few weeks- and have been trying to do a protein shake for breakfast and lunch- but these last few days I lost my mind
So far so good- it really hasn't been that hard- I started early and added an extra 2 days for luck
1) I never let myself even think about starting to get hungry- drinking hot tea- protein drinks- broth with protein- lots of sf jello during the day- LOTS of water with Special **** tea
2) I promised myself that I would not snivel. I promised myself I would maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and I think that has helped minimize any discomfort.
