4 years and 4 months after surgery

Hi Everyone,

Been 4 years and 4 months, still about 230 pounds, down from 354. See it does work!
I used to be a regular visitor to this forum but has been several years since my last visit.
Just wanted to say Hi. Don't ever give up.
