I have met all the requirements for my surgeon so far. I finished the psych eval on Wednesday, had my endoscopy, got medical records, etc etc. As soon as they get the report back from the psych eval they will submit to my insurance. I meet all the requirements except I havent had a BMI over 40 for 3 years. I lost about 50 lbs before my wedding in 04, so my BMI was around 32 at that time. I hope they still approve me! I have BCBS of Iowa and they have been great so far. Cross your fingers for me!

Good luck to you. I had a BMI over 50, but BC/BS only took 3 days for my approval.
