Mercy Capital vitamin requirements

Hi there!  I was wondering if anyone had the sheet/book/knowledge handy about how much in vitamins we are suppose to be taking.  When I moved the last time I lost my book and I have been "winging it" but I want to make sure I am taking the right amount each day. Calcium Citrate - how many grams/mg per day Multi vitamin -  iron -  (B12 I do once a week and I remember that) Thank you!

I called Mercy Capital and Tracy helped me out.  1500 mg of Calcium Citrate  2 multivitamins a day 1 Iron (63 mg) Ferrous B12 once a week.  :)

An idea to make it all much easier is to buy Optisource vitamins thru www.walgrens.com   You only take 4 a day, at meals and bedtime.   They have everything you need in them and only cost $27. a month, they will even do an auto ship.   They come in a 120 count bottle, and taste like orange sherbet.  Hope that helps a little!
