Frustrated!

I am getting frustrated here! I called the insurance company on Monday and they said to call back on Wednesday because they are checking to see if my Dr is "in network". So I called today, and they are STILL checking. What's the deal? He works for Algent health and that is who we have our insurance with. I dont see the difficulty in determining that. I guess I am just getting impatient wanting to know if it is a yes or no. God give me strength!

Sorry for your frustration. I would suggest the next time you call, ask for a supervisor or the case manager. And, honestly I would call every day. There is no reason it should take that long. Good luck! Jillybean
