anyone know of doctors in iowa that will do aftercare and fills if they did not do surgery ??

I am having lapband done but not in iowa but want to find a iowa doctor that will do fills and aftercare for me that is closer to me i am in sw iowa!. thanks and good luck to everyone

I believe I read that Todd Eibes at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines is now doing LapBand surgery. I would call there and check into it. Hawkeye Mike

thanks i called him and he wont do it because i am getting the surgery out of state. So i am still looking for a closer doc to do fills for me. thankyou

Hi Misty, I am in the same boat as you are, I had Lapband w/ Dr. Ortiz in Mexico on 1/4/07, and am looking for fill Dr's, I guess I won't be calling Dr. Eibes, but I do know that Dr. Glas**** in Cedar Falls (sartori Hosp) will do fills for patients other than his own. I am also going to call Dr. Sundberg, he is with the Bariatric center in Grinnell. I will let you know if what I find out is helpful. Good luck Kellie

Where are you located the closed fill doctor i can find is kansas city mo and the fills are 100. Let me know if you find someone closer it would be great if i could find a fil doc in iowa thanks misty
