protein drinks

Hello Everyone I was just wondering what everyone uses for protein drinks. I am at the phase where I should be tasting and trying protein. Even though they cancelled my RN intake I am not going to stall the process for myself. Also where do you get your protein drinks from? Ebay? GNC? I am really trying to stay positive. Amanda

I use Unjury and Prostat. Vanilla Unjury mixes well with my morning coffee and i have a chocolate Unjury every night before bed. I mix Prostat in with Crystal Light or Kool Aid and drink on that all day. I get the Unjury either online or at the Mercy Main outpatient pharmacy. Prostat is also available at Mercy Main. They will probably give you samples of both when you have your RN visit.

Amanda, I haven't had the RNY yet, but Dr. Costers P.A. recommended I get samples of the Unjury that most of their post-ops prefer this. I'm going to get some samples here shortly. Sorry it's not personal experience .... Jill

I like only the unjury products. I really only do the chocolate but do have some of the other flavors as well. I get my unjury from Mercy North Pharmacy if you by 3 or more then you get a discount.

Morning , I had my surgery on Nove.29th,2006 by Dr. Coster. Had my first post-op visit on Dec.8th. I was having trouble dumping everything, I have an IBS so, jello went through as did pudding, broth, 1st week was though, I am useing GNC Isupure, I can buy it fairly close. The day I went to GNC they were having 20% off of all purchase, which was great, I was able to buy a "Gold Card" which gives me 20% off of my further purchases. I bought the Strawberry Cream, It is really great, put it in blender with water and ice cubes, mix well, found one of my pretty stem wear glasses, presentation is everything, since that point it goes down smoothly and tastes great. my self have used isopur liquied and pouder i also us a 100% whay pouder that a get bolth from GNC i enjoy them and thay mix well with a blender or mixer i have mixed the whay with every thing from juice to tomato juice it works steve sep 27 2006 498/315
