I'm doing OK. I have been focusing on protein drinks and vitamins. I saw my primary care doc yesterday because of my dizziness, but my blood pressure is just so low. I had low BP even before WLS, now it is REALLY low, especially the more fit I became. So I am stepping up the water and propel. Just taking it one day at a time. Thanks for asking. jean

Stop by Valley West Mall on your way home tonight to pick up your Word at the Mall Card.
