What a week!

One week back to work and I am exhausted! They must have saved everything for my return so that I would stay plenty busy. Which is good, but man am I tired! I never knew a desk job could be so hard on the body. My hips ache from sitting so much! On a more positive note, I have been to the gym and worked out almost every day for the past 3 weeks. I missed a day when I had my scope done which turned out fine, but boy I can eat now! That scares me. So, between Tae Kwon Do 3 nights a week, church one night, and working with my trainer 2 nights, my week is pretty filled up and I haven't had much time on OH, so I am playing catch up! Hope all is going well with everyone. Anyone have an meal ideas, I am getting burned out on the same things over and over! cya later!

Hey Lisa--Congrats on going to back to work. I'm looking to start working with a personal trainer too. Who are you using?

I love what I have kearned so far from the trainer. I am working with Jessica Stewart at Fitness World West. She makes me accountable, and makes me work hard. Makes me push through when I think I want to give up. She is working with one other WLS patient, so she is learning about the surgery and she is very eager to learn more. It is so worth the time energy and the money! I highly recommend her. Shoot me an email if you want more info!

Lisa, glad to hear you made it back to work and the scope went well. I head back tomorrow (pray for me!!) I am so looking forward to it though. I'm tired of being homebound and I need some adult interaction! Glad to hear the exercising is doing well!!! Thats great!

I will pray for you, it's tough but a much welcome change! I am so glad they finally got you all fixed up! And it sounds like you are doing very very well! I am jealous. I am thinking I am marching to the beat of my drum when it comes to losing, but at least I am healthier.

Congrats to you Lisa. I think you are doing well. Keep up all the things that you are doing and in the long run you will get there as well...and you will be healthier. I am also glad to hear the scope went well. I also returned to work on the 16th and it was hard due to all the work and things needed to get done. It was nice to, to get back in the routine of things. Deanne
