Is anyone a member of either of these places? Is it worth using a personal trainer?

I used to belong at Mercy but the locker rooms were not the cleanest. The floor was always, always wet and it never failed I always got my socks wet and it totally grossed me out.

I belong to Mercy Wellness and I don't think the locker room is gross. Yes, the floor does get wet with all the pool activities. But you sit down and do your shoes and socks and don't put your feet on the floor! No wet feet. I used a personal trainer and it wasn't really very helpful. Maybe just do one session to learn how to use the machines correctly. I do mainly water aerobics at 5PM because of some ortho issues I have with my feet. I'm not a very motivated exerciser. Sporatic at best, nothing at worst. But I do really like the water aerobics. I've gotten really off track since I had the wrist surgery in July and it is still causing me pain so I'm pretty limited in what I can do. But they have lots of different classes and that's all included in the fee. I think it's a good deal.
