Just to say hi

Haven't posted for quite some time I pop in every now and then. Just want to say hi and hope everyone is doing well. I am doing fine haven't gained any maintaining around 124 and it'll be 3 years this coming March. Had a scare couple months ago and they thought I had blockage and so they went in and nothing there so much for ct scans etc.... any way my bowel kinks every now and then just have to deal with it. Anyway congrats to all of you starting your journey it is so well worth it and such a positive tool to change to your life. Take care Kim L. 3/4/04 305/124
