Hi everyone

Hi to all the new people on here. I use to come on here all the time and man time flies away before you know it. I had my surgery in Dec 11, 2003 I had complications with the surgery and had a heck of a time with this. Since I had my gastric bypass surgery I get sick easier then before. My back still kills me all the time. I am glad I had this surgery because by now I would be in a wheelchair for life and that isn't good for me or my two kids. I had a tummy tuck this past year and man I wish I would of done it sooner. I have lost all the weight i wanted to and more. I have a hard time keeping my weight on. I lose weight very easily now. I eat almost all the time but what I snack on is different then before I had surgery. Yes I do cheat once in a great while. As of today I weigh about 125. They told me if i get below 115 I am in danger that I will be to skinny NEVER thought I would hear that. I just want everyone to know that I am here to tell my experience if anyone wants it and to say you can survive with complications...I am living proof of it......I will have to post a new picture of myself soon.......Lynda

Wow Lynda I remember when you first came to the board, and now you only weight 125?? Man you are so lucky I had my gastric bypass May 15,03, tummy tuck December 23,04 and have gained weight back!! I wish I could go back to not being able to eat as much!! glad things are going better for you Lynda Judi

Judi, Hey girl how are you...I have days where I hate food. It is so weird that i hate food now...I forget to eat and sometimes the only reason i remember that i havent eaten is cuz i start to get sick and i go take a bite of something then i am fine. It is weird how we go from one extreme to the other. I dont know if this is cuz I had all the complications or just the fear that i dont want to gain weight. So do you talk to any of the other girls that were on here when we were?????? Lynda
