Long time no talk!!
Wow how time flys when you aren't having fun! It's been a long time since I've been around but some awesome things have happend. First of all hi to everyone I've missed you all, all the good advice and conversation****o everyone I've not met yet!
To date I've lost 170 pounds 
I couldn't feel better! On the 14th of July I had an appointment to see about getting my plastics done. Well, being on title 19 they weren't sure about getting approval for my arms. but if we got denied they reassured me they would fight it for me. About four weeks later they call me and tell me I'm approved.... FOR BOTH!!!!!!!
So, on the 22nd of August I had an appointment with my wonderful surgeon Dr. Coster so he could take a gander at me to see if he thought he could do them both at the same time.. He also stated he didn't know what got into whomever it is who gives approval but he said.. "They don't approve both in reality" So feeling lucky and giddy that it was even in the works he asked me when I wanted it done and being the smart butt that I usually can be and am I said well yesterday would be nice but tomorrow would work to and he said "Ok we'll do it tomorrow!" I just about 
all over him I said no way he said yes way and I looked at him dumbfounded. He asked me if I needed to make a few calls to see if it could happen, because of my kids, needing to find them a place to go. So about a half hour later and a gallon of tears he came back in and said well?? I said well guess I'll see ya tomorrow! So on the 23rd of August I had my tummy tuck and my arms done! Took him 4 and a half hours versus the 2 and a half he said but that's okay I didn't feel a thing! 
I had around 75 staples, cut from hip to hip and armpit to elbow. Both tubes are out and staples and everything is going great!
I started a waitress job about 5 months ago and was able to go back to work last wednesday and that's goin ok just takin it one step at a time.
I've misseed you all so very much!! Can't wait to talk to everyone again and get to know the new people!!
