update
hey all I have lost 110 lbs I am working hard to get the weight off I can see the difference I learned also not to look at the scale every day it seems funny seeing a diffenret person in the mirror i dont like looking at my flabby tummy and thighs I have a ton of new strech marks at top ofmy thighs its driving me crazy I still have problems eating different things but I will work on it doing good on my liquids so I think I am going in the right way
