plastics?

I'm looking into plastic surgery now, and though I've been reading the PS forums I'd rather hear from people that are closer to home. I'd like to hear what procedures people have had done, where they had it, and the cost. Pictures would be great, too! Thanks!

Feel free to e-mail me if you want more information. My surgeon now does thighplasties & I really need work there but I'm out of money, out of time off, & just plain too scared to do it. I have heard & read some really scary stories of complictaions for this type of surgery(wounds opening & infections,horriible scars, & lots of pain) so I will probably pass. Dixie

Hey I have better than pics......Come on over to my house and I can show ya I had a TT with muscle repair.....and I had a breast reduction. I had it all with Dr. Kennedy here in DBQ.....she was great!!!! I don't remember costs because insurance paid for most of it.....but she was very reasonable. I'm having panniculectomy on Sept 25 with Dr. Bergman in Des Moines. http://www.bergmancosmeticsurgery.com/drbergman.html I'm not having the whole nine yards because for me, it really isn't necessary and my insurance will only pay for the panni, which is fine with me. IF I were to go with the rest of it, the quote from Dr. Bergman's office was that it would be an additional $6000. I just need the skin gone. I have already done a huge job of tightening up the rest of it with exercise. jean
