For those that have not yet had the surgery...

do you ever find yourself spending alot of time on the homepage just looking at the before and after pictures? I have recently noticed I spend a good 15-30 minutes of my day looking at these pictures. I try to figure out if they are my build, etc and what I will look like after the surgery. Anyone else do this or am I the only obsessed one?

Ok I have had the surgery but I did the same thing. All the time. I'm still on this board almost everyday and before surgery I would look at all the pictures and think will I look like that. So your not alone!!

You are not alone. I think about this surgery and the improvements that will be made for me daily. I think next year this time I will not look this way and I feel so good about the choice that I have made to have the surgery. I have not told a lot of people for the fact that I do not want to be judged and it is a very elective surgery and I am being selfish and doing it for me. I come on here daily!!!

I'm here everyday too. I look at the pictures but I haven't really allowed myself to imagine what I will look like. I think it's because I have failed so many times I'm afraid to get my hopes up again. I just figure what happens, happens.

Hey Janine yes I did that alot before my surgery. I'm not on here as much as I use to be but I'm trying to get on here more often again. Lavonda

Janine- I am waiting for the Psych. Eval. and then it goes to the ins. for approval and I find myself on here at least 2 times a day. I do the same thing you are doing, I look for the people that are my same weight. I have had so many different visions of what I will look like. Keep strong! I am right behind you! Amy
