WOW WOW WOW 67lbs in 2 months is awesome You must be doing something right Protein is hard to get in, but it will come. What shakes or supplements are you doing? Maybe we could give you suggestions on tastier ones. Sounds like you have been busy. Have fun with your son's party and make sure you do take some me time afterwards As for plans over the fourth.....too many, I am already tired and it hasn't started. We will be in Charles City over the weekend as it is my highschool reunion then back here Sunday night to do the fireworks in DBQ monday/night and then to a party Tuesday. I would love to just stay home the 4 days and relax, but it just ain't gonna happen! Again Congrats and have a great holiday weekend! jesi

Sheila, sometimes all you can do is focus on one thing at a time. Like, today, I am going to be sure to get all my protein in. Just focus on that. then tomorrow, work on water, etc. I remember that it felt like a full time job to get all the protein, water, and vitamins/medicine down in one 24 hr period. Seems like that is all i could get done. Protein is major important though, so keep looking for one you can like. jean

WOW congrats Sheila that is awesome losing that much in just 2 months. As for the protein I tried a sample of fuzzy navel nectar and mixed it with crytsal lite orange and it's really good. I can't wait to get my surgery and get on the journey of losing weight.
