What did you eat?
Breakfast - omlet with onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - slice of meatloaf and string cheese
Snack 1 - protein shake
Snack 2 - protein bar
Supper - protein shake, small handful dry roasted peanuts
Exercise - 45 mins water aerobics
Had a good day. No snacking on bad stuff and not really even tempted. Had opportunity but didn't do it. I really feel so much better when I don't eat carbs. Do you think I'll keep remembering this or will I backslide again? I sure hope so.
Still having issues with what I think is hypoglycemia. Will bring it up next Tues when I see my WLS doc.
