What did you eat?
Breakfast - one egg, 2 slices of bacon
Snack - Protein shake
Lunch - Cottage cheese, string cheese
Snack - Protein shake
Snack - Protein bar
Supper - slice of meatloaf, asparagus, onions and red peppers
Snack - SF pudding
I usually snack twice in the afternoon. I get to work by 7 and eat lunch at 11:30. I have my first afternoon snack at 1:30 and my second one around 3:45-4 on my way to the gym. I tried not doing that last week and ending up having a nasty episode of the shakes. Hard to work out when you can barely stand up.
I avoided the tempation of Girl Scout Thin Mints today and popcorn.
Walked on the treadmill for 25 mins and am paying for it tonight with some nasty leg cramps. Grrrr. Haven't worked out in a while.
Sounds like a good day to me I LOVE asparagus. I didn't do so hot I wish I could screw up and then get right back on track, but I have a terrible mindset that once I screw up I might as well blow the day.......to many years of horrid dieting I am sure! Anyways....I took the girls to the library for a free movie thing they do every Tuesday and they had free popcorn.....well I had to have some and then I gave myself permission to eat like junk the rest of the evening. But I did do my exercise in the morning and get in all my water and vitamins.....so it wasn't a total bust! This morning I missed my walk (hubby had to go to work WAY early) but I am planning on exercising tonight instead and I plan to eat good today, and IF I foul up, not let it ruin the whole day!
