Breakfast Scambled egg with 1/2 oz swiss 2 stips bacon Snack Pria protein bar Lunch 1 C chili and 8 saltines Snack 1 oz dry roasted peanuts Supper will be 3 oz pot roast carrots and an onion about 1100 calories

And what time is supper?.....LOL It sounds good!!! Just wanted to say howdy Lyn,hang in there,you can do it I so need to excersise more..its just finding the time and energy now I am hopeing with the pools open now I can do some waterwalking....if I can get a day off that is Take Care and keep in touch...
