I have been home for 5 days now. Everything went as planned. I can't believe how well it went. It is amazing at how quickly the healing is going as well. I am still trying to get in 64oz of water a day...getting close though!!! Just 1 more week of full liquids...much better than clear..lol. Has anyone tried the liquid protien that you can add to foods? Just wondering if it is worth trying or if I should get the powdered unflavored kind. ~Shea

Hi, and congratulations! I did use the Unjury unflavored protein, added it to jello, and cream of chicken soup... I know it helped me out. They sell samples, you might want to try it that way first. I really liked a lot of the Nectar drinks, they were some of the best of all of the protein I choked down in my first few months. I hope things continue to go well for you. It takes a lot of hard work, even in the beginning, but I wouldn't change my decision for anything... Best wishes~ Angela

Wow close to 64oz at 5days out Your doing awesome! I don't know of any liquid proteins that you can add to foods....there is unflavored protein powders tho. At first it is almost imposible to get your required protein in, just try your best. What kinds have you tried? I have some really good flavored ones. Keep up the GREAT work and take care jesi

I ended up going to GNC and paying way too much for the unflavored protein. I would have ordered it online except I didn't want to wait. I have tried cappichino and leamon tea from nectar brand. I also have vanilla and chocolate matrix 5.0. I did find a great drink in a can at GNC that has 50 grams of protein. I bought the banana cream flavored one and it isn't too bad, but also kinda pricey.
