Going to see the country

I have a friend who is a trucker and I will be taking some time off to see the country before I get down to business. I have talked to my counselor, and he says I need to figure out what I want to do. I've been told by my friend and the counselor that I could hand driving a truck. I kind of started doing some research, but starting to loose faith, but I thought I would watch my friend, and read books and study, and just see if it would be something for me to do. My friend said he would train me, and we could be team drivers. I'm not sure. But anyway, counselor told me to take a good month off, and just relax. So that is what Im going to do I think.
