Aloha: I'm really enjoying reading these posts. I'm at the stage of trying to figure out which doctor to go to, I have one friend that had Dr. C and one that had Dr. Fowler. Did HMSA cover most of your expenses w/Dr. C or did you have a big co-pay ($4000?) Mahalo

Can any of u suggest a great plastic surgeon? I needed a TT and back skin removed. I would like to have someone do this thats done alot of surgerys on bariatric patients. Im willing to go anywhere in the US. Im not up to traveling outside the US. Thanks for any help u can give me.

Aloha Makena......I don't often come into the Hawaii forum because when I first did there were so few who did. I saw your name and had to respond. I live across the bay from you........in Maalaea!! I'm 2.5 years ut from RNY and just two months ago had a panniculectomy to remove excess tummy skin. What a wonderful adventure it all has been!

I mostly go to the OFF (Over fifty forum) where there are a wonderful bunch of woman/and men. But, so glad to meet you, neighbor.

aloha,I am not in hawaii right now, (even though my heart is) when we come and visit we usually have stayed for a month....(if we are lucky) can only Dr. Fowlers patient come to the support group? I would like to attend if I am visiting the island?
