Aloha Malia and welcome!  There are many of  Dr. Fowler's patients on this board and from all I've read, everyone including me has had very good experiences with him.  Are you calling 808-263-5176?  Sometimes they get pretty busy but I'm surprised they haven't called you back yet.  Don't give up because the team as a whole is what makes the journey more successful.  They are very supportive and want to help us all succeed.  I have felt so welcomed and nutured, not judged or blamed.  

You'll really benefit from this website.  It's been so helpful to me in my process by having others share their experiences and so readily send their support.

 hey you!  Glad to see how well you're doing.  I am having trouble with vitamins too.... just really hard to get down... I am using the cinnamin calcium from Bariatric Advantage... they're like a mint so a little easier to do.
