Oh and i also forgot to say that I got to meet with Dr. Fowler. WOW!!! He is so nice and gentle. I have to admit i was very scared because he didnt use a floro but he hit my port on the first try and was so gentle......I still need another fill because I was wide open for the most part and I am still consuming all the awesome food Hawaii has to offer. Gosh why does all the food here have to be so dang good. I did finally get a referral to get my fills done at tripler so lets just see how that goes. If its not as good as the treatment I got with Dr. Fowlers office i will go back to him. Oh and forgive please, But wow he is handsome too!!!!!! hahahahaha. Just had to throw that in.....

I am so sorry to say....but no.....here in Hawaii if you had surgery here there are tons of support groups...but if you didnt then they arent open to you.
I moved from the mainland to hawaii in 2003 and have been so lost since....I have met a couple of people from here....but for the most part......people arent to socialable.
I started an online support group at yahoo for hawaii....but like I said....no activity....
I live in kaneohe and would love to meet and get together and have our own small sessions if ya want!!

The islands in general are expensive to live....but seeing that you both came from a good career, you will be able to retire here and enjoy it.
I live on the windward side of Oahu...its very tropical and beautiful!
Come out for a visit....meet with some of us from here and then make up your minds!!!
