blaah- queens is like 38,000 to self pay...
I dunno i have an apointment with my PPO at hickam- we will see what he says-
what a pain in the ass- I never thought i would be to thin for ANYTHING.... hopefully the prize patrol will show up at my door soon :-)
Have you already had your surgery with Dr. C? are you self pay-- can you refresh me on your story?!

Hey Aunty Jenn..im glad that u went...but from an outsiders point of view..dont be too mad at ur hubby..because for me...i think that we as informed customers need to hear ALL of it ya know? the GOOD and the BAD...i know that i want to make an informed decision and hearing other ppl's stores is very important because we need to hear whats going on....anywyas thats JMO...let all know what u find out about Queens...i hear they have a good program too but that it takes a long time though..well let us know k? aloha

The RNY is covered you should look into that one to. Since you are a light weight you should check out the Light Weight board. They are really nice over there too.

that was my husband- I asked him to keep his mouth shut...but he doesent listen...
I thought Dr. F seemed like a good guy- I am going to see how much queens is to self pay for the sleeve- I have decided that is what i am going to get-
It was a good info. meeting- could have used a little more info about insurance- but it was good...
blaah- i was sooooooo depresed driving home- because i thought the sleeve would be covered at least by some insurace...or that self pay would be a little afforadable- well we shall see- hopefully things work out!!!

Topic: Meeting with Dr. Fowler
So I went to the meeting at Castle Hospital with Dr. Fowler. There was a lot of people there of all sizes and ages. Well it was very informative. Dr. Fowler didn't really press one surgery over another said that it was our decision. Well I turned in my referal I will call back tomorrow to get an appointment. They said that as long as a meet all the milestones that it will take less than 2 months. Someone asked about a preop diet and he said only if your BMI is over 50 so that he can shrink the liver. So I guess I am really relieved. No preop diet. I asked Mary over there about their personal trainer. You can have two sessions with her and I think that will be perfect for me. There is an excercise call there every Wednesday and I plan on doing that to. I am so excited an on board.

I know but he withdrawled from his 401K to put the down for the house so his money is mine and mine is his. I am not worried about it. I am a notary so I make side money that I hide from him. That will be my new clothing money.
