I am here.  I am getting kind of excited.  I go and see Dr. Fowler on Friday after work.  I am still shy about 2 lbs but that is ok I got it covered I hope.  As long as they don't make me get in a night gown before weighing in I am all good.  It is just funny to me that I am what they call a light weight.  I don't see anything light about me.

I can't wait to start losing weight.  To tellyou the truth I have been eating and eating just to maintain the stupid weight.  I normally steady at around 230.  This extra 10 lbs is really gross.  Hopefully by surgery date I will be around 220 to 225 I hope.  I should have an answer in 3 weeks after my meeting on Friday.

Aloha

I just came back from the Big Island over the weekend. We left Thursday and came back tonight. We went for my 10 year olds baseball tournament. Kona is definately super hot, don't know if I could ever live there. It's 11pm, and I just got done with 2 loads of laundry and packing/labeling school supplies for the 10 year old and 3 year old for school. Gonna go hit the sack now.............g'nite!

I think HIGurl has it right.... we're all out having too much fun enjoying life in HI to be stuck at our 'puters posting!

I have the usual busy weekend... getting caught up on laundry, doing a little bit of work from home, had to find a gift to send to a friend in NY since I missed her birthday this past week (she knows me and knows I'm always late), and finding some new things to eat.

I had to take a birthday pie (fruit and custard and I didn't stick around for it... no desire!) into the clinic where I work for one of the tech's birthdays, so while I was at the store I got some fresh asparagus and fresh mushrooms to try to grill. I also got some celery to pulverize into some tuna salad. (I still take it easy on teeny size pieces until I get this chewing down. I was always a gulper!) Just beginning to add veggies into my life again since they seem to be going down and staying down ok and I am getting enough protein.

I found time for the Wii Fit yesterday and today to get my exercising back on track. Had family here from the mainland for the past couple weeks and slipped up on it although I think we did more running around with them instead, so perhaps I wasn't too bad after all.

The Trades feel so good right now. I may just go lie down and let them lull me to sleep for a little nap! Need to rejuvenate for next week!

Malama pono my dears!

Am I the only one making post of this board!!! Well its Aloha Friday and for me there's no work till Monday!!!! Actually I think I work harder at home then at work.  All I do here is work for an hour and surf the web for the rest of the day.

Lets see what everyone else is doing this weekend?

For me I am going to Sports Authority tomorrow to buy two of my boys football shoes and my daughter soccer shoes.  I have to get me a couple of cones and a few soccer balls. (I coach my daughters soccer team U12)  Hopefully next year I will be able to fun with them.  Last year I lost a lot of weight and ran with them every practice but of coarse it all came back 60+ lbs a matter of fact.  Well after we buy the shoes we will probably go to the pool because they been bugging me they want to go.  Now who in their right mind would want to go to the pool when you live in Hawaii.  I rather go to the beach but they rather go to the pool with their friends.  I guess that is ok I am trying to teach my 3 year old how to swim.  She is getting much better.

On Sunday I think I have to finish my back to school shopping because school starts on Wednessday.  Thank god my phone keeps ringing all day becasue someone punched someone else, big brother won't let the younger brothers play video games, so and so ate the last pizza pocket. I hear it all.

Ok Hawaii wake up and post what you guys are doing this weekend.

Thanks Makena I think you gave me my second goal.  My first will be underland and second will be to be my Drivers Licence weight.  This is too funny.
