Thanks HiGurl, I was hoping to get a response today if not by email than maybe a call back
from the San Francisco office but nothing.  Very discouraging

At one time, i was going with Dr. C too but changed to Dr. Fowler for financial reasons. Anyways Nicole use to take awhile to get back to me too...maybe you should try her on here....anyways i feel that if you cant get a hold of someone at a surgeons office ..that that is not good too so i understand how u feel...but maybe she IS on vacation or soemthing..good luck though

 Hi Keala,

I'm hoping there is a logical reason I am not hearing back from anyone.  I don't want to believe this would be their normal practice.  I keep hearing how everyone has had such a good experience with Dr. C.

I'm going to call the San Francisco office now and just leave a message and hopefully I'll hear from them early next week.

Thanks!

I am pre-op with Dr. C and call the San Francisco office directly -- they are always very responsive and get back to me by phone or email -- usually the same day.   I did try to call the Hawaii office at first but didn't get a response either.

Maybe Nicole is on vacation or something -- but I would suggest you give them a call at the San Fransciso office number.   Lauren might be someone else you could talk to is Nicole is not there.

Good luck!

Sounds like a plan. I know they can get slammed, but I think you've been patient (pun intended) enough. They really are good people and you are important!

Thanks Makena!

I was trying to avoid going straight to Dr. C as I'm only pre-op and want to keep a good
relationship with everyone since I'll have to work with them though out the whole process.  But, it looks like that is what I'm going to have to do.

I figured they wouldn't be at the Oahu office so I gave them over a week hoping someone would
retrieve my message and get back to me

Thanks for the San Francisco number, I'll try that then if nothing, I'll email Dr. C.

If you're getting no response from Nicole at this address:

[email protected]

I'd go right to the source and let Dr. C know at this address:

[email protected]

He usually answers his emails quickly. I'd be honest with him about your concerns. I would use the San Francisco numbers to contact their office, too.... not the Oahu numbers or office since they aren't there all the time.

Here is their San Francisco information:
Paul T. Cirangle, MD, FACS
Laparoscopic Assoc. of SF
2100 Webster Street #110
San Francisco, CA 94115
Office - (415) 561-1310
Fax - (415) 561-1713

They really are a fine team. I hope you're able to convey your concerns and get prompt answers as you should. Best to you always!

Hi Everyone, Happy Friday!
I'm still pre-op and have been trying to get a hold of Nicole for the past couple of weeks with no response. 3 emails, 2 voicemails and nothing.  She gave me a business card for herself and Dr C but the phone number is the local Oahu number which no on answers when I call.

My questions are pretty general but still very important to me. I really like Dr. Cirangle as a surgeon but am now having doubts about going with him.  If I can't get in touch with anyone now, what if something happened when I was post op?

Has anyone gone through this with his office?  Or, is there another contact number?

Thanks!
